Clinics
Join our fall ball clinics in September and October, ran by our expert coaches. Whether you are new to the game or an experienced athlete, these clinics can help grow your LAX IQ, learn new skills, and get you ready for the Fall Ball season.
Beginner’s Clinic
Learn fundamentals such as the basic rules of the game, field markings, equipment regulations, player position and roles and basic stick skills. Bring water, athletic shoes and a mouthguard.
Skills Clinic
For players who have attended our Beginner’s Clinic and want to join our team and/or have a sports background. The focus will be on specific stick skills for defense and attack. There will also be a group for goalie skills. Bring water, cleats, stick, mouthguard and goggles.
Fall Ball
From October to December, Fall Ball provides an opportunity for players to commit to their craft and develop lacrosse skills while having fun and building comradery throughout the team. We will focus on positional skill development, details of the game, team drills and intentional practice so that when we hit the field for Spring, we're prepared and confident to play the game freely and at a high level. Bring water, cleats, stick, mouthguard and goggles.

Spring Season
Spring Season runs from January to May and is the biggest season for Lacrosse consisting of regular season games and playoffs. Atascocita Ladies Lacrosse is now entering its 3rd season in the Texas Girls High School Lacrosse League (TGHSLL), where we compete with other local high school programs. In our second season, our Varsity Team qualified to compete in the TGHSLL District Playoffs! All players will need a current USA Lacrosse membership for insurance purposes. Payment plans are available during registration.
